USPS reopens historic post office in Pulaski, VA


After being closed for five months, the post office in downtown Pulaski, Virginia, is open for business. The historic 1917 building closed in July due to safety concerns following an Osha investigation into mold.

People who live in the area had less than 24 hours notice that they would have to travel 7 miles to the nearest post office in Dublin. Customers using the post office for the first time on Wednesday say they couldn’t be happier.   Read more.
