Pave Paradise and get cluster-boxed

The town of Paradise Valley, Arizona, repaved one mile of sidewalk along Tatum Boulevard as part of a beautification project, and even though it just meant using a different material, the Postal Service says that its vehicles can no longer deliver the mail there, so now it's time for a cluster box unit.  “It is one of the most ridiculous things I have ever heard of,” says the mayor. “From asphalt to concrete, that is all we did. This is a classic example of our federal government not working for us.”  Read more.
